View an Instructional Video

Login to the Admin Panel
Click Extension --> view extensions
Click on the green light next to the extension you wish to configure. A new window opens displaying the IP phone's configuration
Login using Admin for the username and 22222 for the password
Select the link for configuring your softkeys

Fonality Support will not assist you with configuring your softkeys. Custom configuration of IP Phones is not covered under the Annual Support and Maintenance Agreement.
