    Login all Agents

    You must first login each agent before they can begin receiving queue calls.  Please read How do I login my ACD agents? for detailed instructions on logging into a queue.

    Setup your Queues

    Every queue configured on your system is unique.  You must add agents to each individual queue and log them in before they can begin receiving queue calls.  Please read How do I add a new queue?
    for instructions about setting up queues.

    Multiple Queue Calls / Ignore if Busy

    Every extension on your server has the following two options located in the Extension configuration page:

    • Queue Ignore-if-Busy
    • Multiple Queue Calls

    If you would like your ACD Agents to receive queue calls at all times, please set

    Queue Ignore-if-Busy

    to 'no' and

    Multiple Queue Calls

    to 'yes' for

    every extension

    that is part of a Queue.
