Follow the steps below to enable hardware echo cancellation

1. Click on Options --> cards

2. Click on Advanced Mode
   
   
    
3. Scroll down until you see wanpipe1.conf (the 1 is listed within a drop-down if you have multiple cards or interfaces configured)
   
   
4. Click on the + symbol next to wanpipe1.conf
    
5. Within the newly opened pane, scroll down until you see TDMV_HWEC = NO
   
   
6. Delete the word no and replace it with yes.  You should end up with TDMV_HWEC = YES
   
   
7. Click Apply All Changes at the bottom of the page
    
8. Your settings will not take affect until you reboot the server or do a "Reset All" in the Options -> reset server page. If your system does not come back online within 10 minutes revert your changes and reset the server again.
