ログの場所

システム管理者は、HUD3クライアントのユーザーのデスクトップ上にあるすべてのログを２つのディレクトリの中のひとつで閲覧することができます。 in one of two directories:

1. Mac OS X - /Users/<ユーザーネーム>/.Fonality/3.0/logs
   1. Terminal.appからアクセスできます
      1. 画面右上にあるスポットライトアイコンをクリック
      2. terminal を入力
      3. 検索結果の中からTerminal.appを選択する
      4. cd /Users/<ユーザーネーム>/.Fonality/3.0/logsを入力してenterを押す
      5.  cat hud3.0*と入力してenterを押す
      6. マウスでターミナルの中に表示されるテキストのすべてを反転させる(マウスのボタンを押しながらターミナルアプリケーションの中を上方にスクロールする。多量のテキストが存在します。)
      7.  Commandキー + C を押して反転させたすべてのテキストをコピーします。
      8. すべてのログ情報をサポートチケットにペーストしてログ解析のためにFonaltyに添付してください。
2. Windows XP/Vista - C:\Users\<ユーザーネーム>\AppData\Roaming\Fonality\3.0\logs\ (初期設定)
   
   1. Windows Explorer Navigate to the directory above using a window (the same window you get when you double-click "My Computer") and attach all the files within this folder to your Support ticket please
   2. If you have installed HUD3 in a directory other than the default, please type

      cd %APPDATA%\Fonality\3.0\logs in a Command Prompt (Start --> Run --> type 'cmd' --> enter)
      

3. Server Logs - /var/log/fonality/hud3.0

   1. Connect to your server's Linux console (if you do not know how, please call Fonality Support - do not connect to the Linux console if you are even a little unsure about what you are doing).

   2. Navigate to the directory listed next to "Server Logs" above

   3. All server logs are stamped with a number like hud3.0.log.1.

It is particularly important that System Administrators provide Fonality Support with information taken from these log files if there is ever a problem with HUD3 client.  The data contained in these files will help Fonality expediently attend to and resolve the problem.
