HUDとOutlookを使ってクリックトゥコールをお使いになる場合、Outlookの中にあるダイアリングルールをアップデートする必要があります。

HUD2をお使いのお客様は、下記に指示されているとおりにダイアリングルールを変更してください。 HUD2ではHUD3よりもたくさんの広範囲な設定オプションが求められていました。HUD3では, こちらでほとんどすべてのダイアルプランの設定を行わせていただきました。Outlookで設定しなければいけないのは、あなたのオフィスのエリアコードだけです

1. Click on Start
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on Control Panel
4. Switch to Classic View
5. Open Phone and Modem settings
6. On the Dialing Rules tab, click the location to modify, and then click Edit
7. Click a tab to make changes to the General settings
8. Enter the area code of your office location
9. Click Apply
10. Click OK
11. You should now be able to right-click on any Contact within your Outlook application, select "Call ... via HUD" and initiate an outbound call correctly
