You may find situations where inbound and outbound calls should not trigger the web page you configured to launch within the HUD Web Launcher settings page.
If a family member, friend, or another co-worker calls you, you probably would not want to automatically launch a CRM web page for example.
First, make sure that your web-launcher is configured correctly. You can use whatever URL necessary - the URL in the image is only an example. Do not check the Auto-launch boxes as in the image below:
Click Apply. Your web-launcher is now configured and can be manually triggered when you make or receive a call.
Click the www icon via the Desktop Alert tool in order to trigger the URL you entered as in the image below:
