    再生順序の変更Change the Playback Order

    保留音楽の再生順序は２種類の中から選べます。:Music-on-hold playback has two options:

    • リスト順Sequential
    • ランダムRandom

    いつでも変更できます。You can change the playback option of any playlist at any time.

    1. [着信処理] --> [保留音楽]をクリックしてください。Click AutoAnswer -> music on hold
    2. 変更したいプレイリストを探します。Find the playlist you wish to modify in the list
    3. [順序]の欄から、再生順序の種類を選択してください。From the Order drop-down, select the playback type
    4. ページのいちばん下にある、[変更を適用]をクリックしてください。Click Apply All Changes at the bottom of the page

    プレイリストをｔｒixbox Proで利用するUsing Playlists throughout the trixbox Pro

    プレイリストを作成し、その中に音楽をすべて登録すると、すべてのサブメニューやキューで利用できるようになります。Once you have created all the playlists that you need and added songs to each, you can set a unique playlist for every submenu and/or queue within your trixbox Pro .

    サブメニューからプレイリストを設定するSet a Playlist within a Submenu

    1. [着信処理] --> [サブメニュー]をクリックしてください。Click on AutoAnswer --> sub-menus
    2. 変更したいサブメニューをリストの中から選択してください。Select the sub-menu you wish to change from the list
    3. [新規手順の追加]から、 From the 'Add New Sequence' area, select '[次のステップ後]というドロップダウン項目で[0] を選択してください。' from the 'After step:' drop-down
    4. [次のステップを追加：]という項目で、[保留音楽プレイリスト設定]を選択してください。Select 'Set Music-on-Hold Playlist' from the 'add new step:' drop-down
    5. [変更を適用]ボタンを押してください。Click Apply All Changes
    6. ページが更新され、新しい手順がステップ１として表示されます。再生したいリストを選択してください。The page refreshes, a new sequence appears as Step 1.  Select the appropriate Music-on-Hold Playlist from the drop-down
    7. [変更を適用]ボタンを押してください。Click Apply All Changes

    キューの保留音楽として音楽を設定するSet a Playlist for Callers Holding in a Queue

    1. [着信処理] --> [サブメニュー]をクリックしてください。Click on AutoAnswer --> sub-menus
    2. 該当のキューに移動する処理の入っているサブメニューを選択してください。Select the sub-menu that routes callers to the queue you wish to modify
    3. キューに移動」とかかれたステップを確認してください。Locate the sequence beginning with 'Go to Q:'
    4. [保留音楽]を選択してください。Select 'music' from the drop-down next to 'w/'
    5. [変更を適用]をクリックしてください。Click Apply All Changes
