How do I setup Busy Lamp Field (BLF) ?

Login to your User Panel using your Web Username and Web Password
Click View your Company Directory
Locate a contact within the list that you would like to add as a BLF contact on your phone
Click and drag the contact to the very top of your Company Directory list
The black arrow pointing up automatically converts to a green arrow pointing left. This icon signifys you have successfully configured the first BLF contact
Repeat steps 3 - 4 for every contact you wish to add to your phone
Click the button at the top of the page labeled Save BLF
Click OK on the warning message that indicates your phone must reset in order to apply the BLF settings
Wait for your phone to restart. Your softkeys will reflect the BLF choices you made in the User Panel

You can only set up to 50 BLF softkeys per phone. Though some phones support more than 50 BLF softkeys, Fonality has found that more than 50 BLF softkeys causes phone instability
You can change your BLF settings at any time
BLF softkeys also act like Speed Dial softkeys. Press the button and you will start calling the contact!
