    Welcome to HUD3!!!  You may be wondering how to use this new application you've purchased to enchance your business productivity.

    What does HUD do?

    What is HUD exactly?

    HUD serves as Fonality's flag-ship software application bringing all of the power and control of a traditional operator switchboard to your desktop.

    Using HUD, Fonality customers have the ability to:

    • See the current status of other employees (on the phone or off, available for chat, type of current call, etc.)
    • Drag-and-drop to transfer calls
    • Double-click to leave a voicemail
    • Send SMS
    • View Call Queue Statistics
    • Check their own Voicemail
    • Much, much more...

    All of the options listed above are permissible via the Extensions --> groups tab of the trixbox Pro Admin Panel.  Administrators can control virtually every aspect of the HUD Client with one exception:  HUD Chat is available for everyone and cannot be turned off.
